More government departments like CEDD are dipping a toe into digital marketing,
but their use of social media often centres around information, making it hard to foster user interaction.
That's where brand mascots come into play. We have brought the page to life with a friendly presence.
Animation also played a role in the love we got. It helped clarify complex ideas — which was particularly useful to introduce geological knowledge
in a fun and approachable manner.
